Please be advised that we only offer the face to face consultation to clients who are local to us i.e. generally no more than 30 minutes away.

Telephone consultations are good if you have a general idea of the balloon decoration you would like, but would like to go through this in more detail before booking.

We’ll arrange to phone you  at a convenient time through  the email  form. For this to

work well, we need you to have :

• Access to a computer whilst on the phone to be able to go through designs visually on the web.

• Our price list which we can send to you over email.

Meeting  face to face at the venue or your home will definitely benefit you if you’re looking  for advice on  which balloon decor will suit your venue perfectly.

You’ll be able to look through our balloon portfolio as well as view any samples you have  requested i.e. balloon colour samples, fabric for table decor, personalised ribbon, favours or chocolates.....

The service is free but you will generally have to be within 30 min's of  Romford.
