




1. If any of the details on the invoice sent to you on booking your order are incorrect, insufficient, or changed before the event, please inform Vision Balloons as soon as possible to allow us to change our records accordingly.
2. All equipment remains the property of Vision Balloons.
3. During the period of hire, The Hirer shall be solely responsible for the hired goods and insuring of the goods.
4. The contract for the hire of goods is between Vision Balloons and the hirer,
not the venue unless goods are being hired directly by the venue. It is the Hirers
responsibility to ensure that the venue is clearly instructed so that the terms and
conditions are met. Vision Balloons will charge the Hirer for any costs due to terms
and conditions being broken. It is then the responsibility of the Hirer to reclaim
any of these costs from the venue if the venue was at fault.
5. Please note that cancellation by the customer with less than 1 months notice will
require full payment. Cancellation outside of this time by customers will not require
additional payment, but all deposits from the time of booking are non-
6. Final numbers of hired items are required no later than 1 month prior to an event, slight adjustments can still be made after this time at the discretion of Vision Balloons.
7. The total number of hired items must be returned to Vision Balloons after your event. Items that are not returned will require full value payment and customers will be issued with an invoice for missing items immediately following collection.
8. A refundable security deposit of £50.00 is required for Fairytale Feather and Crystal Centrepieces, and is payable in addition to the hire charges, to cover shortages and damages to hired goods
9. All outstanding payments are due no later than 1 month prior to an event, failure to make payment on time will result in the booking being cancelled and full payment remaining due.
10. The security deposit, minus any deductions for loss or damage will be returned within 30 days of the hire date.
11. Standard laundering of hired items is included in all of our prices, and stains resulting from accidental spillage of food and drinks. However, any damage that is perceived to have been caused purposefully or treating them without due care, resulting in rips, children being allowed to draw on the items, burns etc, may result in us having to issue an additional laundering / repair / replacement charge.
12. Damaged items should be reported. Any unreturned items, or damaged items found to be irreparable, will be charged at replacement cost.
13. Goods must be ready for collection at agreed location on correct date. A charge
is made for an aborted delivery/collection.
14. Charges will be made for any damaged goods including goods that have been dragged on the floor, ground in earth stains, burns, holes, rips and tears, candle wax, grease or deep staining.
15. Completion of the Hire Terms & Conditions via the web form is deemed as you having read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
